- Invitation letter / LOI with NRIC Number, UEN Number, Email Address, Phone Number
- Birth Certificate for Child
- Nikah Nama / Marriage Certificate copy for first time traveler couple
- A copy of hotel reservation confirmation
- Return Air Ticket
For Businessman
- 1. Trade License Copy with notary, translated in English
- 2. Tin Certificate updated copy
- 3. Company Pad
- 4. Visiting Card
- 5. Article of Memorandum copy for Director For Service Holder
- 6. NOC Letter
- 7. Salary Certificate, Pay Slip
- 8. ID Copy, Visiting Card
- 9. GOVT. JOB HOLDER: G.O copy translated & Notarized, LOI / Note Verbal (If Any)
- 10. DOCTOR : BMDC certificate for doctor
- 11. ADVOCATE LAWYER: Bar council certificate for advocate
- 12. STUDENT: Student ID COPY, NOC Letter from Institution for Student
