- c) Visiting Card
- d) Article of Memorandum copy for Director
For Service Holder
- a) NOC Letter mentioning Thailand purpose with Authorized persons Mobile No
- b) Salary Certificate, Pay Slip
- c) ID Copy Both side, Visiting Card
- d) GOVT. JOB HOLDER: G.O copy translated & Notarized, LOI / Note Verbal (If Any)
- e) DOCTOR : BMDC certificate for doctor
- f) ADVOCATE LAWYER: Bar council certificate for advocate
- g) STUDENT: Student ID COPY, NOC Letter from Institution for Student
